About the Delete PDF Pages

A blank cover sheet, a duplicate scan or an unwanted page can be removed from a PDF without recreating the whole file. This tool deletes pages from a PDF by clicking their thumbnail or typing page ranges such as 2, 4-6, then saves a new file with only the pages you want to keep. Everything runs on your device, so the PDF is never uploaded.

How to use the Delete PDF Pages

  1. Choose the PDF you want to edit.
  2. Click the thumbnail of each page to delete, or switch to page ranges and type numbers like 2, 4-6.
  3. Check the pages marked for deletion in the grid.
  4. Click Delete pages and download the new PDF.

Features

  • Pick pages by thumbnail or by typing ranges
  • Page thumbnails show exactly what you are removing
  • Keeps at least one page - you can't delete everything by mistake
  • No watermark and no quality loss on the pages you keep
  • Private - your PDF never leaves your device

When to delete pages instead of splitting

Use this tool when most of a PDF is fine and only a few pages need to go, such as a blank page, a duplicate or an outdated cover sheet. If you instead want to pull specific pages out into their own file, Split PDF's "Extract pages" mode does that.

Can a deleted page be brought back?

Not from the new file - once downloaded, the removed pages are gone from that copy. Keep your original PDF until you are sure the result is correct, since nothing here overwrites the file on your device.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete more than one page at once?

Click each page's thumbnail to mark it, or switch to "Page ranges" and type something like 2, 4-6 to mark several pages in one go.

Can I delete every page in the PDF?

No. At least one page must remain, so the Delete pages button stays disabled if your selection would remove them all.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Pages are removed entirely in your browser with JavaScript, and the file is never sent to a server.

Will the remaining pages lose quality?

No. The pages you keep are copied exactly as they are, with no recompression, watermark or added pages.
