About the Rotate PDF
A scanned page or a photo taken in the wrong orientation often ends up sideways or upside down in a PDF. This rotate PDF tool turns pages 90, 180 or 270 degrees so they read the right way up. Rotate every page at once or pick only the ones that need it, then download the corrected file. Everything happens on your device - your PDF is never uploaded.

Why do PDF pages end up sideways?
Scanners and phone cameras sometimes save a page in landscape orientation inside a document that is otherwise portrait, which makes that one page show up sideways when you read the PDF. Rotating only that page, rather than the whole file, fixes it without affecting the rest of the document.
Does rotating change the page content?
No. Rotating only changes the page's orientation flag, which every PDF viewer and printer reads to display it correctly. The text, images and quality of the page itself are not touched.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate just one page instead of the whole PDF?
Yes. Click the thumbnail of the page (or pages) you want to fix before clicking a rotate button; only the selected pages turn. Leave none selected to rotate every page.
What rotation angles are available?
Rotate left or right by 90 degrees, or flip a page 180 degrees for a page scanned upside down. You can combine clicks to reach any of the four orientations.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is opened and rotated entirely in your browser with JavaScript and is never sent anywhere.
Will this add a watermark or reduce quality?
No. Rotating only changes each page's orientation. No watermark, logo or extra pages are added, and no image or text quality is lost.
